I attended the 2006 Pickathon on August 5th at their great new venue Pendarvis Farm, which just outside of Portland (depending on who you ask it is in Boring, Pleasant Valley, Happy Valley or Damascus.)

Perfect weather great performances and workshops throughout the day....you should definitely attend next year!

Mt. Hood 9-27-03

Well, it's been a fairly warm and long summer and the Cascades probably have some of the least snow you'll ever see. I have a convenient view of Mt. Hood out my window so I thought I'd post an shot from today's beautiful sunny day(record high 95)...with updates to come as the snows start to fall.
