Muxtape Updates

Muxtape's short life has drawn quite a bit of attention. Now new features have begun to roll out that add a few more dimensions:

Add a custom title and caption
"Buy at Amazon" link below each song (business model revealed!)
Also the Muxtape blog claims it plays on an iPhone, but unclear how this is working without proper Flash-support. Anyone with proof?

Bjork - Wanderlust

I officially don't "get" Bjork or even particularly care that much for most of her music...but I do guarantee you've never seen anything quite like her latest video for Wanderlust.

Vampire Weekend

This NYC based band has been getting a ton of hype, long before their self-titled debut was released. And now that it's been out a whole week, they find themselves playing their tune "A-Punk" on the Late Show!
The song they play in the second clip is "Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa" which is named after and heavily influenced by a Congolese dancebeat...I like!

NPR's World Cafe has a small interview and four songs in a live set for you to check out.

Journey - Separate Ways

I am ashamed to admit how much I loved this song in junior high.
