First Google does email...now Amazon does search. The biggest news here seems to be that they have combined their "Search Inside the Book" results with normal search. There is also Search History feature and a Diary feature within their toolbar.
As if you needed proof that today's radio fodder is generic: Here is a link to an mp3 with a couple of big hits from grunge-lite practitioners Nickelback (one in each channel!) Give it a listen all the way through and try not to break out in a smug grin (impossible!) This is one of my all-time favorite finds. (via Metafilter)
I have experimented with a few feed readers (here's an introduction if you need one), but just discovered Bloglines. It pretty much covers the basics, and does so for free. It is web-based rather then a desktop client, the big upside here is your subscriptions are viewable from any net connection. Nice job. By the way, you can grab Struggleville's feed by pasting this following link into the subscribe field in any news reader---------> http://struggleville.blogs.com/home/index.rdf
